Today is #worldmsday which despite having Reoccurring & Remitting #MS until I saw that @hannahtheplumbermcr had posted about it & wasn’t aware of.
My left arm & leg are weaker than my right. A lot is felt because of my gait by my left foot which I’ve drawn emphasising the big toe joint & a blister after my holiday.
The @overcomingms diet has been transformative for me.
As was the advice not to fear Multiple Sclerosis so if you’re newly diagnosed it’s a lot to take in but for me there’s been much that has helped.
