I hadn’t heard of the artist @mel.chin until yesterday. He makes truly political art. Awarded the Hiroshima Artist prize I saw a large retrospective of his @hiroshima_moca

The piece I have made a wobbly drawing on a bullet train is from 1988 Inescapable Histories which explores the complex relationship between Israel & Palestine since 1949 carved into Hebron marble. People linked together in ongoing and irresolvable conflict.
